New & Replacement Foundations

You've heard it before - the foundation is the most important part of your building structure.  And we couldn't agree more.  If you are starting with new construction, it's important to have a solid and well-built foundation.  If you have an older building, we have experience in replacing crumbling, leaning, or weak foundations.  We can help you decide whether to replace or support your existing foundation.  

Foundation Supports

If a homeowner is not wanting to go to the expense of a complete foundation wall replacement, we do have other less expense options.  Carbon Fiber Strips are a non invasive support that can be installed if the foundation has bowed less than 2"(Greater amount of deflection may also be acceptable with Carbon Fiber Strips installed closer together). These are a very innovative solution to your foundation woes:)!! C-channel Supports are another option that has worked very well over the years. If Carbon Fiber is not the answer for you, check into how we can fabricate these C-channel supports in our shop to your specific needs!!
